A love letter to Boise

We have been in Boise for the past two weeks, five days in California but the rest here at home. Although California was oh so fun, I can't help but love this little town I call home. I am a proud Boisean. There is a beauty about Boise that is so different than anywhere else. We've been to countless places, but Boise always has our hearts. It's the perfect amount of city, and the perfect amount of outdoors. If anything, adventure is Boise's middle name. I personally am not a huge fan of super small towns, but Boise has the perfect amount of everything! I guess you could say it's definitely a lot smaller than most cities, but I would not change a thing.
You see, Boise is so beautiful for so many reasons. One, we have wide open skies and fresh crisp
Air. Summers are the best because nights are long and warm with plenty of parks to visit and walks to take. Downtown Boise and the neigborhoods surrounding are so picturesque. Harrison boulevard is aligned with a canopy of trees and charming old houses. You can walk down it any time of the year and you feel like you are in a quaint little story book. The other great thing about Idaho in General, but Boise in particular is we get to experience every season, colorful fall days, long summer nights, cold winters (but not too cold, according to me) and crisp springs. People are so Friendly, and  chatting up a stranger is not an odd sight. There is a delectable music and food scene. Boise I love you for everything you are!  You are a  hidden gem out in the Pacific Northwest,

               Stay beautiful Boise!
