beau·ti·ful

of a very high standard; excellent.
There is this beautiful pillow at Latter-Day home that has this beautiful quote.
I haven't read Stephanie's book, but love her mormon message about hope and healing.
She is truly such a beautiful person and it radiates outwards.
This is something I have had to think about the past couple months. How many times in my life have I wanted to alter my appearance, from the smallest details to things that my body is physically not able to change into.
I had consumed myself with the thought that physical beauty was the right kind of beauty. Over the past couple months I have learned that it's important to love yourself no matter where you are trying to get to. Whether it's reaching a weight loss goal, or trying to overcome a trial.
If you are already trying, then you are already going in the right direction, and that means your heart is in the right place.
A good heart is a lot more valuable than a perfect body, and a perfect body does not give you value.A beautiful heart can leave a long lasting effect, and impact so many more people in a positive way than a perfect body.
" If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely." -Roald Dahl
