Julissa Wade: Summer 2014

This summer has been simply amazing. We have been so busy which has been fun, it has made for a bit of a crazy schedule as well. I can't believe it's already September! Our summer starts a little later than everyone's since we don't get out of school until the end of July. Even then it still feels like we have had a whole summer experience. All of august was packed with so many events that kept us so excited every week. At the same time it also feels nice to finally be able to relax for a little bit. I'm sure when all the fun comes to a halt and we go back to reality we will not know what to do! This past Labor Day weekend we got to enjoy time with Mario's family. So much fun. I love being a part of the Hofman clan! The best part is that we get to see everyone pretty often and getting together just feels so natural. There were a couple missing since they are serving missions, but overall there was a great turn out. We watched movies outside, ate a lot, stayed up talking, the babes spent most of their time in the hot tub, and the guys played frisbee golf. It's a good feeling knowing that everyone gets along so well. We stayed in one of the Albion mansions, it used to be a school but they remodeled it to be a big retreat for big family reunions and such. It was cheaper by the dozen style which made me really happy. Here's just little glimpses of the past couple weeks!
